Backpacking - Point Lake Uinta Mts Aug 2014

Fun Backpacking trip, with Uinta guide Fireman Richard and the Major Colonel who told us stories around the camp fire about his becoming a Ranger. Fishing was good, the hike to reclaim the horse skull nice, swimming in the lake, making snow cones from fallen hail stones, playing baseball with a log bat and sock filled with pine needles ball, and lessons learned about how valuable a GPS in the back country is...all a part of a great trip and memories.
